Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has officially launched the latest iteration of the Yezdi Scrambler, entering the market with an aggressive introductory price of ₹1,99,950 (ex-showroom).

As the brand continues to revive its heritage, this launch positions the Scrambler as a key player in India’s growing lifestyle motorcycling segment.

The centerpiece of the update is the revised 334-cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, now internally referred to as the “Katar.” 

This powerplant produces 30 hp and 30 Nm of torque while delivering a claimed fuel efficiency of 30 km/l. 

Notably, the engine itself is lighter, weighing in at 40.8 kg. 

This reduction has directly contributed to a significantly lower kerb weight for the motorcycle, which has dropped from 182 kg to a more nimble 174 kg.
